Returns and Refunds Policy

We regret we cannot accept returns and give refunds on any personalised goods unless they are faulty or damaged. If you think you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a free of charge return. Your refund will usually be issued within 14 days. If you change your mind and wish to return any non-personalised goods, please contact us to inform us you wish to cancel the order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the order. You will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery. Your refund will usually be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or within 14 days of you cancelling the order.
